     Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Support the Admin & Control Management in supervising the industrial planning and control process

    • Implement operation score cards and make the relevant analysis

    • Suggest potential solutions and improvement actions about the identified critical areas (e.g. Scrap)

    • Monitor Factory KPI

    • Variance analysis

    • Prepare Monthly report and presentation for the Management

    • Industrial Accountability

    • Frequently Interface with Operation Department
