    Requirements:

    o 本科学历,工业工程专业优先。

    o 至少2年劳动力密集型制造工业企业经验。

    o 良好的英语口语和书写能力

    o  Experience in establish quality control system and manage the quality control team

    o  Be familiar with cosmetic quality control, or ISO 9001, ISO22716 knowledge, at least 3 years related working experience.

    o  College degree or above with major in analytical, chemical, pharmaceutical, or other related.

    o  English skill both in written and read.

    o  Good command of PC skill
    Responsibilities:

    o  Establish and review in-process inspection, semi-finished goods, finished goods inspection procedure and forms.

    o  Review and implement the corporate / customer specification and test method.

    o  Approve the inspection report for in-process, semi-finished goods and finished goods inspection and release in system.

    o  Issue nonconformity reports, coordinate the root cause investigation and support for the corrective and preventive action plans.

    o  Management of the standard sample and range board for semi-finished goods, finished goods.  

    o  Support to handle customer complaints with related department.

    o  Be responsible for data analysis of quality indicator. 

    o  Support to handle the deviation.

    o  Prepare the test equipment IQ, OQ protocol and report, establish the maintenance plan.

    o  Be responsible for QC inspector daily management and training.

    o  Execute ISO22716, ISO9001 and SA8000 requirements, support for customer audit, government audit, internal audit and mock recall.

    o  Other tasks may assigned by the department or support needed from other department.

    OTC product control:

    o  Production and control master file approval.

    o  Production record approval. Follow up and fix the errors if any together with Production.

    o  Labelling control of manufacturing.

    o  Quality control in process validation.

    o  Arrange the AI and preservative test for each batch.

    o  Annual product review for OTC products.

    o English skill both in written and read.

    o Good command of PC skill
    Responsibilty:

    o Be responsible for overall management of IQC. 

    o IQC team management and new staff training.

    o Establish and review incoming material control procedure and forms.

    o Review the corporate / customer incoming material specification and test method.

    o Approve the incoming inspection report and release the material in system.

    o Management of the standard sample and range board of incoming materials.

    o Management of the supplier COA of OTC incoming materials as needed.

    o Issue nonconformity reports and follow up for the material handling. 

    o Expired material retest based on corporate procedure.

    o Collect supplier quality performance data.

    o Be responsible for data analysis for incoming quality indicator.

    o Execute ISO22716, ISO9001 and SA8000 requirements, support for customer audit, internal audit and mock recall.

    o Assist in dealing with customer complaints if needed.

    o Other tasks may assigned by the department or support needed from other department.
